    We will develop the necessary documentation to define each evaluated process. A solution envisioning workshop is facilitated to validate shared understanding of process performance and desired improvements.

    Design

    We will design solution recommendations and prepare an immersive experience to demonstrate what can be achieved, including, but not limited to: no or low code app solutions, automation, third-party solution integration.

    Phase 2: Implement & Support
