    Solution Overview:

    • A Canvas Power App is deployed for use by educators to access and submit evaluation forms for all new students assigned to their roster.
    • A Model-Driven Power App is deployed for:
      • Use by counselors to monitor educators’ evaluation progress, review consolidated evaluations from required educators for all new students assigned to their roster, refer evaluations with concerns to administrators, and complete and submit evaluations with no concerns
      • Use by administrators to conduct a final review when concern has been identified and follow-up action is required
    • Power Automate Flows are implemented to send notifications for:
      • New student screening assignments to educators
      • Approaching submission deadlines for educators
      • Compilation and status of completed screening for counselors
      • Evaluations received with noted concerns for administrators
